Show-cause notice to official on encroachments
GHMC Commissioner M.T. Krishna Babu has directed South
Zone Commissioner N. Ravi Kiran to issue a show cause notice to the town
planning officer of circle five for encroachments on government land
adjacent to Khilwat function hall.
He was acting a complaint by Mohd. Riaz Ahmed Khan of Shaliband during the weekly ‘Prajavani’ programme at the head office.
He
also called for personal inspection and status report following
complaints of illegal constructions at PJR Nagar (Gachibowli),
Kavadiguda, Gulzar Houz and Lallaguda.
The HMR land
acquisition officer was asked to look into the delayed land compensation
payment for Ghazi Sharief of Bakaram, Musheerabad.
A
plea to remove a cell phone tower in the neighbourhood at Sultan Shahi
was made by Mohd. Ahmed and the Commissioner wanted information on
whether or not necessary permissions were taken to install the structure
before any further action.
