VUDA plot auctions on Sept 14, 15
notification for the allotment of 152 plots in its 15 own and joint
venture layouts in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram towns, according to a
press release.
VUDA Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj said applications would be received
online from Tuesday and auction would be conducted on September 14 and
15. Plots are available in residential and commercial categories in
various layouts proposed in different sizes ranging from 188 square
yards to 1,600 square yards.
A plot in MVP layout near Appughar is available (1,550 square yards)
at an upset (base) price of Rs 50,450 per square yard. Five plots are in
Adibhatla Nagar layout at an upset price of Rs 11,400 per square yard,
one plot in Bheemili layout at a price of Rs 4,700, two plots in
Chinamushidiwada layout at a price of Rs 7,750, one plot in Gandigundam
layout at a price of Rs 6,655, one plot in Kurmannapalem phase-5 layout
at a price of Rs 11,300, one school site of 5,082 square yards and 1,143
and 712 square yard commercial sites in Kurmanapalem Town centre layout
at a price of Rs 18,480.
Residential plots
A total of 51 residential plots in Cyber Valley layout, Madhurawada,
at a price of Rs 16,037 per square yard are available, besides 5 plots
in Kummaripalem layout at a price of Rs 4,723, 29 plots in Madhurawada
government lands layouts at a price of Rs 14,361, twelve plots at Endada
layout at a price of Rs 13,029, two plots in Babametta of Vizianagaram
at an upset price of Rs 4,600 and three plots in Kanapaka Ayannapeta
layout of Vizianagaram at a price of Rs 5,500.
Seven commercial plots and 6 residential plots are available in
Kapuluppada Chilukuri joint venture layout at an upset price of Rs 8,668
per square yard and 23 plots in Godavari Townships joint venture layout
at Narava at a price of Rs. 2,750.

www.vuda.gov.in. Applications online will be accepted till September 5.
In another release, the authority said that seven firms from all
over India had responded to the notification issued by the
Visakhapatnam-Kakinada Petroleum, Chemical and Petrochemical Investment
Region for taking up the Marine Environmental Impact Assessment Study to
derive strategies for mitigating threats and evolve policies and
scientific procedures to conserve marine ecology in the limits of the
region. Projects and Development India of Dhanbad of Jharkhand, Indomer
Coastal Hydraulics and BMT Consultant India, Lotus Granges of Chennai,
SENES Consultants India and L & T Ramboll Consulting India of
Hyderabad and Terrcon Ecotech of Mumbai are the firms which responded.
