Water supply likely to be hit tomorrow
There will be variation in water supply in some parts of
the city on Tuesday due to maintenance work being taken up at Cauvery
4{+t}{+h}Stage, Phases I and II.
Bangalore Water
Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has, in a release issued here on
Sunday, said that this stoppage will help remove accumulated weeds at
the M.S. Gate installed at Shiva Anekattu, as this had resulted in the
obstruction to flow of water in the transmission line.
Areas
There
will be variation in water supply in the following areas on that day:
Vijaya Bank Layout, Hongasandra, HSR Layout, K.R. Puram, HRBR Layout,
HBR Layout and BTM Layout, Koramangala, J.P. Nagar, Chandra Layout,
Rajarajeshwarinagar, Dasarahalli, GKVK, Mahalakshmi Layout, Nandini
Layout, Rajajinagar, Byatarayanapura, Sahakarnagar, R.T. Nagar and
surrounding areas.
